Small, Indoor Pets….Which to Choose?

If you’re wanting a pet, but aren’t excited about traditional cats and dogs, here are some ideas for small indoor pets that may interest you. Lizards are interesting and require little care. Teddy bear hamsters make great pets and are very tame for young children. Turtles can make good pets and gerbils are a great choice too. Mice and rats are inexpensive and can be quite tame. Something a little different would be a hermit crab. If you aren’t squeamish there are those who enjoy keeping tarantulas. So take your pick, a small indoor pet may be just the one for you.
