Hearty Halloween One-Pot Meals for Colder Weather

Nothing cheers up a kitchen quicker than the aroma of a hearty meal bubbling on the stove. Or, maybe the meal is slow-cooking in your crock pot. Either way, one pot meals offer a huge variety, are easy and quick to put together and are the ultimate in comfort food for the family. Toss together a simple salad and add rolls or biscuits and you’ve got a meal to remember. Here are some of our favorite one pot recipes.

Chicken/Turkey

Spicy Coconut Chicken Casserole: Made with chicken legs and thighs, this recipe features thai red curry paste and coconut milk.

Chicken in White Wine: Turkey bacon adds flavor to this classic dish.

Simple Turkey One Pot: A thanksgiving meal in a pot, this dish is made with dried cranberries and stuffing mix.

Beef
