Those of us over sixty need to exercise and stay active now more than ever. Although most of us are not jogging anymore or engaging in highly physical contact sports, there are still plenty of activities we can do to keep our mental and physical health at a high level. We can stretch, walk, do weight work, dance and engage in any number of exercise programs to keep our bodies lean and healthy.
