We’ve always heard that laughter is good for our souls. Now it seems that it is also good for our bodies. This University of Maryland article says laughter is good for the heart, and Psychology Today says it’s good for relief of pain. Laughter releases endorphins which cause any number of happy things to happen in our bodies from feelings of increased enjoyment of life to an improved immune system.
