They are a pork specialist pop up serving all different cuts of pork in a ‘nose to tail’ style of eating.
This is in an effort to promote awareness of the huge amount of food waste that we throw away each day.
The idea is, is that a pig is the only animal that you can eat all of, so nothing needs to be thrown away!
They serve refined pork dishes, some vegetarian dishes and their best selling Pig Mac, pulled pork shoulder burger.
