Lots of Recipes for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day, that day of wearing green and eating wonderful Irish food, to say nothing of a mug or two of green beer, is coming soon. You may want to open up your living room and kitchen and invite your friends to enjoy an all-Irish evening.

At Epicurious you’ll find tons of recipes for traditional corned beef or County Cork fry up dinners. Make a green Shamrock Shake and don’t forget the Soda Bread.

Food Network will show you how to make a cracking Shepherd’s Pie or Old Fashioned Corned Beef and Cabbage. Add Soda Bread Biscuits and serve Rum Raisin Rice Pudding for Dessert.

Taste of Home offers some steaming hot Irish drinks including Irish Coffee, Irish Crème Drink, and a Tea Toddy.

BBC Good Food  has a long list of Irish party fare. Irish Stew is always a favorite. Maybe you’ve never tried mussels steamed with cider and bacon. Finish with a Guinness Pudding.
