500g of finely sliced beef

A chicken cube

3-4 white onions

A small glass of red wine vinegar

A small cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A dash of salt and pepper


Cut the beef into thin strips about 3cm by 8cm.

Slice the onions into strips a little finer than the meat.

Heat up the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large frying pan and add the onions.

When the onions have softened, add the chicken soup cube and a little water .

Continue cooking on a medium heat until the soup cube has dissolved .

Now add the meat and after about 5 minutes add the red wine vinegar.

Let the vinegar absorb and add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.

That’s it , how much easier can it be and it is delicious. The vinegar adds a special flavour

which is quite unique.

Serve with baby boiled potatoes, any vegetables, or rucola and baby tomatoes
