Ingedients:

A medium sized cauliflower or as I suggest you can also get frozen cauliflower flowers in most supermarkets

One egg

1/2lt  Béchamel – you can also get excellent prepared Béchamel in most supermarkets and that saves a lot of work

3-4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

A pat of butter

A dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Cook the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes until it is still “al dente” – still quite firm and not completely cooked

Drain the cauliflower and add the butter and a dash of salt to taste.

Place the béchamel in a bowl, add the egg and the parmesan cheese and mix it into a smooth cream

Mix the cauliflower with the béchamel sauce

Find a nice oven dish that you can use to serve at the table and pour in the mixture .

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and cook in a medium heat oven of approximately 200° for about

20-25 minutes.

You will see when it is ready as the baked breadcrumbs will be a golden brown.
